подскажите
здравстуйте,у меня заикание но частично тоесть когда допустим ,сдавать экзамен, я наченаю очень сильно заикатся а по телефону с чужыми людьми вобще не могу говорить,может мне пить какието успакаевающие средсва или как некоторые говоря читать книгу вслух.спасибо за ответ.
