Professional experience
I’ve dedicated the last six years of my life to psychology. About a year ago, I found the confidence to start my own practice and no longer feel guilty about charging for my work. If you think it’s easy—it’s not. I spent four years working on myself, attending both group and individual therapy to better understand myself, learn methods for addressing various issues, and validate my knowledge with certifications.
