Professional experience
Private practice in psychological counseling and psychodynamic psychotherapy since 2019. Volunteer work as a counseling psychologist in the “Poradnya” project at the Ukrainian Catholic University. Volunteer psychologist at the Lviv Psychoneurological Dispensary. Leading groups in psychoanalytic and symbolic drama approaches. Participation in group and individual psychoanalytic supervision sessions. Two years of personal psychoanalysis.

I assist clients with low self-esteem, self-expression, and self-respect, as well as the effects of stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and traumatic experiences. I provide counseling for burnout, loss of motivation, heightened anxiety, and depressive states. Additionally, I address issues related to anger, aggression, communication difficulties, internal conflicts, loss of a loved one, family relationships, setting personal boundaries, and assertiveness.
