Professional experience

Over 30 years of experience working with individuals in high-stress situations. Specializes in career crises and professional development for the past 17 years. For the last 12 years, has focused on psychosomatic disorders in adults and children, as well as depressive and anxiety conditions. Extensive experience in treating compulsive overeating and psychogenic weight gain.

My primary specializations include psychosomatic disorders, neuroses, and stress-related conditions—cases where medical tests reveal no clear physical cause, yet symptoms persist. I also work extensively with depression and anxiety disorders, employing polyvagal techniques for regulation. Another key area is weight management, addressing all types of excess weight regardless of origin. In group settings, I support clients dealing with war-related trauma, and I lead parenting mastery courses. My strength lies in differential diagnosis: I help untangle complex cases where diagnoses or treatments have proven ineffective. I integrate talk therapy with body-oriented approaches, particularly effective for severe stress or trauma. My practice is grounded in scientific protocols, avoiding unproven methods. My style is transparent, honest, and infused with humor—we collaboratively map out strategies and expectations without hidden agendas.
