Education
BDPU, practical psychology. First year of UPU course in Person-Centered Therapy, completing "DNA of Psychotrauma" course and "Basics of Psychological Counseling" course with Olga Overko (Higher Psychology and Body Therapy Institute, Kyiv). Additionally, training under the "integra" program "Mental So what!" in Slovakia and involvement in the "Shaleni? No a!" project (a project first implemented in Ukraine with support from Germany, Austria, and Slovakia, aimed at supporting the mental health of Ukrainian youth). Enhancing knowledge and skills through group work with colleagues in training sessions.
Professional experience
Has worked as a school psychologist since 2012 and in a Center for internally displaced children in Khmelnytskyi since 2022. Completes the Vinnytsia School of Personal Experience and maintains personal therapy. In 2023, eight months of psychotherapy helped overcome trauma from the start of the war and reach a new level of awareness and transformation. Now gradually developing an online private practice.

I specialize in working with childhood-rooted traumas that manifest through triggers hindering progress. I help clients restore self-esteem, develop awareness, and overcome fears and anxiety. I use resource-building practices, trauma exposure techniques, and art therapy methods.
