Мучаюсь от вины из-за флирта.
Добрый вечер. Я вступила в переписку с коллегой (работает в другой стране) с элементами флирта. Теперь я жутко переживаю, что я самая последняя … мне ужасно стыдно перед мужем. У меня повысилось давление и я не могу прийти в себя. Помогите пожалуйста, найдите какие-то слова чтобы меня успокоить. Я в панике.
