Professional experience
My primary focus is to help people better understand themselves, discover their inner resources, and live more consciously—making changes that bring fulfillment and joy.
I’m an optimistic and warm person who creates a safe and comfortable space for my clients. I strictly adhere to confidentiality and avoid judgmental attitudes. I share the view that "a psychotherapist is a guide for a person during a difficult stage of their life journey."
I’ve been working as a counseling psychologist since 2023 and regularly engage in supervision and peer consultations. I volunteer on a crisis hotline and am a member of the Ukrainian Association for Existential Counseling and Therapy (UAECT).
