I specialize in addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including eating disorders in adolescents and adults, emotional instability such as irritability, aggression, mood swings, and emotional numbness. I also work with depressive states, low life satisfaction, and difficulty experiencing positive emotions. Other key areas include self-esteem issues, self-identity struggles, self-acceptance, feelings of loss of self, uncertainty, and blurred personal boundaries. I help clients navigate excessive guilt, toxic shame, and social interaction difficulties, as well as relationship conflicts, grief, and loss. Additionally, I support individuals dealing with family conflicts, anxiety, fears, and phobias. My practice also includes working with bodily self-regulation, inner resource development, and exploring existential themes such as life’s meaning, justice, freedom, responsibility, and trust.
