Professional experience
I’m Lida. I’m a cognitive-behavioral psychologist and consultant.
I have over three years of experience in psychological counseling and more than seven years in HR, including five years in the IT sector. This background has helped me better understand people not only in personal contexts but also in professional and organizational settings.
For me, counseling is a space where a person can be themselves without fear of judgment or criticism. I believe that even in difficult times, it’s possible to find support, gain deeper self-awareness, and gradually move toward changes that make life more fulfilling and aligned with personal values.
