I’m Olga, a master’s-level psychologist and trainee gestalt therapist. I’ve been running my private practice since 2022 with over 1,000 hours of hands-on experience. My approach integrates art therapy, metaphorical associative cards, emotion-focused therapy, and gestalt therapy. I create a safe, trusting space where clients can be themselves without fear of judgment. I believe each person is unique and holds their own answers to life’s challenges, and my role is to help them uncover those insights. I regularly engage in personal therapy, as well as individual and group supervision.
