Вопрос про возможное развитие депрессии
Мне кажется, что у меня развивается дипрессия уже год. Я не знаю что мне делать, а к психотерапевтам я не собираюсь идти. Мысли о самовыпеле уже не первый год, и уже назначил дату. Я просто не хочу нагружать друзей своими проблемами, и не доверяю взрослым.
