как быть с самим собой.
Здраствуйде уважаемые психологи, вот у меня возник вопрос, как мне позбавиться неуверености в себе, научаться любить самого себя (ибо кто не умеет любить себя, того не любят другие), много бире близко к серцу, недооцениваю себя, часто не знаю чего хочу от жизни...
